We monitor a large number of alarms across Australia for a variety of clients; these include major banks and government departments. 

We provide a range of high level monitoring services to make operation of security systems “hassle free” for our clients including: -

• programming access codes & security cards
• setting door lift & time schedules and panel parameters

We organise and dispatch security patrol responses across Australia.

We operate our own magnificent purpose built monitoring centre at least the equal of any in Australia. The centre is located in a purpose built headquarters that incorporates extensive training facilities. The centre is Grade A1 within the provisions of AS2201.2. The security industry regards Grid’s monitoring centre as being at least the equal of any facility in the country and is one of the reasons Grid has been chosen to provide high level monitoring services for both Federal and State government departments.

Fire Alarms

Grid has 24 hour 7 day digital links direct to ACTFB, FRNSW & ESTA dispatch areas and fire alarms are electronically transmitted without the intervention of an operator. Currently over 10000 fire alarms from major sites across ACT, NSW & VIC are online to the relevant Fire Authorities.
